NPR fights back, seeks rehearing on Internet radio royalty increases
Ars Technica has a post on just how fracking stupid this new royalty change really is. NPR points out all of the ways it makes absolutely no sense, and the ways that the judges just didn’t do their jobs:
“NPR makes no attempt to be polite either, arguing that the judges did not consider fully—”or at all”—the issues that have been brought forth regarding unreasonable cost concerns.”
